Guess who just had a birthday?

Yes, Pony-Tail Lass (PTL) turned one year old on September 24th. We hope you were able to watch her birthday party on line on our barn cam. Our little girl is growing up. . Happy Birthday, PTL!! Height June 24th, 2008: 27¼" MDR #51583 ACOSA #SA2294 Microchip ID#144934660A Sire:  PGF Peppercorn Jack, 29.5" Brown       Grand Sire:  My World Buster, 30.25" Sorrel        Grand Dam:  Pine Grove Farm's Rhubarb, 31.5" Gray-Dun         Dam:  Taste the Rainbow, 32.75" Dark Brown & White Spotted       Grand Sire:  Sunset Acres Hoops, 31.5" True Jet Black w/NLP       Grand Dam:  HAA Alanis Morissette, 33.5" Dk Brn/White Spotted 9/24/07 @ 9:30pm! Bow's baby was breech and she was in labor for nearly two hours before the vet arrived and delivered the baby alive! A true miracle...she is a gorgeous, tiny, dark spot but she needs your prayers. She was born without a tail or anus. We are taking her to UT Vet Hospital in the morning. This baby wants to live. The vet was amazed that she was still alive and we were too. Bow is doing fine and loves her baby who she thinks is just perfect. A big thank you to our wonderful vet, Dr. Greg Harris!!!! 9/24/08: Today is PTL's 1st birthday! We are having a party! Join us in person in the barn or on-line on barn cam #1 at 4:30pm!! 9/25/08: The birthday party was a great success. Thank-you to all who attended in person and on-line.
